Abraham Perez is operations manager at The BaronHR Family of Staffing Companies. His responsibilities include client development and engagement, and oversight of daily operations at multiple branch locations throughout the United States. Abraham is also a member of the company’s leadership team, which focuses on strategic growth and operational effectiveness.
Perez has more than 14 years of experience in the staffing industry, launching his career at an employment agency when he was only 16 years old. Beginning as an assistant to the company’s vice president of sales, Perez quickly gained an understanding of the industry and was steadily promoted to positions of greater responsibility. He subsequently moved to the company’s payroll department, where he applied his extensive organizational skills to streamline department process to improve speed and efficiency.
Perez has long demonstrated an ability to perform numerous roles within the staffing industry. His experience includes successful assignments in recruiting, management, sales, marketing, loss-prevention, collections and customer retention. A consummate team player, his favorite quote is “there is no I in team.” He is well regarded for his highly motivated, energetic performance, and has been consistently recognized for his impressive contributions, receiving a variety of awards including “Top Sales Performer,” “Chairmen’s Award” and “Best Customer Service Award.”
A frequent volunteer who is highly active in the community, Perez has been a Police Explorer with the Orange Police Department and has served on the board of directors for Tustin National Junior Basketball. And he still finds time to coach his children’s basketball and baseball teams.
