In her former role as business development executive, Herrera quickly became the company’s top sales performer, reaching the No. 1 position after only two months. Her 23 years of staffing experience, combined with her drive and commitment to follow through, made her an obvious candidate for her current position.
Herrera’s devotion to operational excellence, along with her innovative approaches to solving business challenges and her ability to work effectively with colleagues across diverse functions, have been instrumental in elevating the role of sales at BaronHR. She has heightened standards and is working closely with the company’s account executives to help BaronHR continue its profitable growth.
Herrera, who is very family oriented, attributes much of her success to her strong fundamental upbringing. Her 18-year-old daughter, Margarita, is currently a student in the Merchandising Marketing Program at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, and has ambitions to become a strong businesswoman like her mother.
Herrera earned an associate’s degree in fashion merchandising from Brooks College, and has received numerous accolades during her career in staffing, including being awarded Employee of the Year.
